Works without internet
Log an expense at the grocery store, in the car, or on a flight. Everything saves on your phone and syncs automatically when the signal returns.
Manage and Control Your Finances
MiBilletera tracks your spending, balances your budgets, and alerts you before you go overboard. It can read the transaction notifications your bank sends by email and record them automatically.
Available now on the App Store. Google Play coming soon.

No spreadsheets, no manual entry at the end of the month.

Connect your Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail and the app reads only transaction notifications to record the amount, merchant, and date in real time. When you connect, you choose how much history to import: 3 months, 1 month, or from now on.
Read-only access. We never ask for your online banking credentials and the app cannot move money.
Set a limit per category and get alerts at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100%. You'll know before you overspend, not after.
The trip, the down payment on a car, your emergency fund. Break your goal into milestones and see how much you really need.
Ask your wallet in natural language: "What did I spend the most on this month?", "How are my goals doing?". The assistant analyzes only your data and answers instantly. And now it also records by voice: press and hold the + button, say "a 500 pesos expense at the store" and confirm. Educational information, never investment advice.
At the start of each month you'll get a smart summary by notification and email: what you spent on, how you did versus last month, and how your goals are progressing.
A shared household where you and your partner (or the whole family) see the same accounts, with permissions per person.
Rent, loans, Netflix, insurance. They register themselves and you see on a calendar what gets paid and what comes in each week.
Charts by category, merchant, and month. And if you want to take the numbers to Excel, export everything in CSV.
DOP, USD, EUR and 17 more currencies, with real-time conversion. The app speaks Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, and German.
We recognize transaction notifications from these Dominican banks. We keep adding more.

Yes. The connection uses OAuth from Google or Microsoft, so you never type your password into MiBilletera and the permission is read-only. The app only looks for your bank's transaction notification emails, extracts the transaction data (amount, merchant, last 4 digits, date), and saves an irreversible identifier of the message so it doesn't process it twice. We don't keep the full body of your emails and you can disconnect access anytime, from the app or from your Google or Microsoft account.
No. MiBilletera is not a financial institution and does not connect to your online banking: it doesn't hold funds, make transfers, or process payments. We will never ask you for your username, password, PIN, token, or CVV. All we read are emails, and reading an email doesn't let anyone move money. If someone ever asks you for those credentials claiming to be from MiBilletera, it's a scam—let us know.
Yes. Everything you log saves to your phone first, so you can use the app with data off. When you reconnect, the changes sync automatically with your other devices and your shared household. Automatic email detection does need internet because it has to check your inbox.
We currently read notifications from Banco Popular, Banreservas, BHD, Promerica, Banco Santa Cruz, Qik Banco Digital, and Banesco. The list is growing: if yours isn't here, send us an example of your bank email to info@mibilletera.es. Manual transaction logging works with any bank, anywhere in the world.
From your store, not from us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MiBilletera → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → MiBilletera → Cancel. You'll stay on Pro until the period you already paid for ends, and then your account moves to the Free plan without losing your data.
Inside the app: More → Account → Delete account. The deletion is permanent and immediate, and includes your transactions, budgets, goals, and email connection. If you'd rather just clear the numbers and keep your account, use "Reset data." You'll find the details in Delete account.
Download it free and in five minutes you'll know where your money is going.
